Oki is derived from two words ~ O means Original and ki refers to Qi, the vital energy,
is the essence of life.

Traditional Chinese Medicine also believes that Qi plays the role of the moving power
of life as it promotes growth of the body and triggers the activity of the internal organs.
A strong Qi provides good health and this leads to a sound mind and healthy body.
When Qi is out of balance, blocked or very low, it is very difficult to keep our minds
clear or keep our emotions within our control.

Oki is a natural way of healing that helps us to balance our Qi as it aims to strike a
balance with Mind, Body and Soul.
